Bomba Shack Full Moon Celebration Bomba's bar was built piecemeal on the beach from thrown out surf boards, driftwood and corrugated tin. It's decorated with graffiti and a collection of panties and bras contributed by guests who lower their inhibitions under the lunar radiance. Moon C
